From Philadelphia: Take I-95 South for approximately 615 miles to South Carolina, then hang a left (east) on I-26 towards Charleston for approximately 30.5 miles.  Take Exit 199A, go South on US 17A for 3 miles.  Take a left onto SR 165, travel another 4 miles and take a left onto SR 61 (Ashley River Road).  Drayton Hall will be 5 miles down the road on the left.  Total driving time from Philadelphia is approximately 12 hours and covers 658 miles.
