Who says fighting a war has to be nothing but doom and gloom?  Surely in the vast amount of time between marching, drilling, camp chores, battle, cleaning, marching, drilling, sleeping, eating, guard duty, marching, drilling and making cartridges, there was a smidgeon left for fun and frolic.
