Directions :  From Philadelphia:  Take I-95 South (towards that little state called Maryland). You'll jaunt down this road for about 96 miles.  Once you hit Baltimore, take US40 West.  Look for signs that lead you to I-70 West. US40 will eventually become I-70, but you can save about 12 miles of stop and go if you can veer north and catch it early. You'll be on I-70 for roughly another 77 miles.  At Big Pool, take Exit 12 which will put you on Route 56. Go under the overpass (heading south). Two miles down this road you will see the signs for Fort Frederick on the right.
